Orders are generally processed within 24-48 hours.

Shipping in the Atlanta metropolitan area is currently 1-2 business days, same day in SOME cases.

Shipping outside of the Atlanta metropolitan area is currently 3-5 business days.

Returns, Refunds, &/or Exchanges

We strive to provide high-quality products to meet our customer's needs. However if you're not satisfied with an item, you have the ability to return or exchange the item.

You have the ability to return an item within 7 days of receipt of purchase or exchange an item within 15 days of receipt of purchase for most items in new conditions. Exclusions apply.

Return Policy

1. Items must be returned within 7 items of receipt of product for a refund subject to a restocking fee.

2. Items must be returned within 15 days of receipt of product for an exchange.

3. Items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and tags included; unused, unworn, and unwashed. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains will be refused. 

4. All sales are final for clearance/sale items.

5. All shoe purchases are exchange only. 

6. Item(s) will be processed once item(s) has been inventoried.

7. Please send your order number and advise the reason for the return or exchange.

8.  Return packages aren't accepted without authorized return address from customer service via email at ohlalachelle@gmail.com. 

9. Items must be returned with a tracking number and your order number clearly on the outside of the parcel.
